Direct connectivity to HBase

Intellicus 6.2 supports connectivity to HBase using HBase native client.

For better report purpose querying, a simple ANSI like query syntax is supported to fetch data from HBase tables.

You can achieve both rowkey get or rowkey range scan using the query syntax provided by Intellicus.

 

Support for Map Reduce 2 framework

Intellicus now supports invoking custom map reduce jobs on both framework1 (older framework supported by up to hadoop version 1.0.3) and framework2 (newer framework supported by Hadoop version 2.0.1 onwards)
