SaaS Enhancements

Intellicus 6 version introduces a variety of features which enables the partners and the customers to deploy Intellicus in a SaaS Enabled environment. We shall have an overview of those features below.

Support for Multiple product licensing

Intellicus 6 has upgraded its licensing mechanism to include a Sublicensing concept. Now a single license can have multiple products which can be assigned to separate organizations based on the need. Availability of the features can be controlled either through the main license or through the sub license assigned to an Organization.

This enhanced licensing also provides an additional control on the usage of Intellicus by the users of an organization. Now each sub product designed in the license can have a control on maximum users that can use that particular product (feature Set) and also the concurrency of the usage.

Organization level configuration

Intellicus 6 is introducing some configurable properties (of the server) which can be set at the Organization level. This feature helps a Super administrator/Org Administrator to set the properties as per the need of that organization. These configurations are available only when Intellicus is running in SaaS enabled mode (License shall support that).

This Feature will help a SaaS Administrator to configure Intellicus differently for different customers and will help them to deliver an individualized application.

Enabling same name for Query objects across categories

Query object designers now have a flexibility to have a common name of Query Object across different categories. Earlier this was not allowed.

As shown in the above figure Query Object Brand Wise Sale Details already exist in category Demo and now the same name can be used while saving the Query Object in Category Default Reports.
